I Provide a supportive, confidential and peaceful environment designed to foster a trusting relationship that will hopefully, empowering you to feel safe and accepted. You will have the time and space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours freely. As an integrative counsellor, I may incorporate various techniques tailored to support your unique needs, helping you move forward in a positive and healthier way at your own pace. Remember, the counselling sessions are your time to explore any issues you choose to share within a safe and confidential space.
